Most of what you’ve tried — avoiding trigger foods, using willpower, restricting more — has focused on the binge itself. It hasn’t worked because the two things actually driving it are still there: the eating rules that keep the restrict-binge cycle going, and years of reaching for food to cope. This workshop covers both.
